Happy Valentine's Day!

My daughter and I went to Harold's restaurant this weekend in NJ...if you know anything about them, you know their sandwiches are about $50 per.  No typo.  And they look like this:


We did not order them...and I digress.  This post is about the cookie.  The linzer tart cookie to be exact.  Exactly delicious and I ate the whole thing by myself.  If it wasn't a 2.5 hour drive...I'd eat one daily.  Thank goodness for the 2.5 hour drive.
