PB&J #23 - Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich Painting)

I reverted to my old ways by slopping on the paint as if it were peanut butter.  Not good.  Had to start over but not after I wasted 3 hours going in the wrong direction  Arg.  Anywho-it came out alright in the end.

My daughter set this one up for me, she is a believer in peanut butter.  I say-more jelly!  So this sloppy sandwich had a lot of both.  Hee hee.

Really not a great photo of it.  Looks much better than this.

Kokeshi & Crane

I put a crane on her dress, I think next time I will put a koi on her.  In this photo, her hair looks darker than it is.  It is actually dark brown, not black.

This is an 8"x10" acrylic painting on a thick 3/4" wood panel.

Hipster

According to my daughter, this dog looks like a hipster.  Whatever that means.  I believe it is a dachshund.  Another photo used by permission from Canoozle!

PB&J, uh...22? - Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich Painting)

Peanut Butter and Jelly

My first painting of 2014.  (Shame it's already halfway through January!)  I lost count to how many PB&Js I painted, and still can't get a good photo.  Ha!  I used my Ipad Air's camera indoors.  So, what did I expect?

I made this pb&j, put lots of jelly on it, and then I flipped it this way and that to see what angle I liked and it really did ooze out just like that.  Made a mess.  All for a good cause!
